A Brief Review of Anti-Stalking Laws in the Philippines and the US

In the past few days, I’ve been reading in Acts about the separation of state and religion back in the day of Jesus, since Judea back then was a province of Rome and not a sovereign state. I believe in God and I know that these decayed criminal stalkers here are already dead in the eyes of God, just like the demons, and that they already await their allotted judgement after their time on earth, and they’ll be burned in a fire that can’t be quenched for eternity, because they did not honor God, worship Him, walk in His righteous ways, and even utterly removed Him in all that they do as if there is no God who is watching all the wickedness they’re doing and all the abuses they did against me! Here on earth, God has appointed the right people to punish all their crimes, because all the abuses they did in hiding will be severely punished in the open! We have to stand by the truth, and stay in that track, because all these decayed criminal stalkers will be twisting the crimes they did and either make it seem as if we’re the ones committing crimes instead or that they will lighten their punishment.

There was this decayed brainless low IQ prostitute dirty Muslim woman who pretended to be reviewing for a bar exam when she stayed next to my room in Hippodromo, in the building next to those lustful decayed police officers, and I wondered how they did the review when there was karaoke and disco every night and construction and rock in loudspeaker during the day, though I know for sure, they’re rather listening to me, “reviewing” me, and mocking me all the time, so I know that in a typical Mindanao extremely stupid and corrupt way, they paid to pass the exam, and it’s not something I’d say since it’s common in the Philippines, they even give the test questions and answers during “review”.

That decayed-brain-decayed-morals-decayed-genitals Muslim woman – whom I also think is a decayed cult fraud Living Way Bogo pastor and frontliners (and every instance of mentioning Muslims can also refer to these cult who could be in that piggery – kept laughing in an immature kindergarten-retarded way, calling me “boang (crazy)”, “da (suits you)”, and “luoy (poor and pitiful)”, while I was typing this because as I was making an outline of the anti-stalking laws in the Philippines. I found out that stalking offences only constitute a cheap P1,000 (17.29 USD) to P30,000 (518.59 USD) for the first offense – which is just half of their monthly compensation as criminal stalkers – and is not a prison-worthy crime (just 1-30 days of minor arrest). Just now she said “da (suits you)” again. Another cult fraud Living Way ministries BPO call center criminal stalker agent mocked me “kaluoy (poor and pitiful)” and “da (suits you)” while I was making an outline of the anti-stalking laws. Earlier, they mocked me “da (suits you)” even while I was putting my cup of chocolate away because it was fully swarmed and covered by a group of black! Low IQ criminal stalkers doing low IQ harassments and violent harassments that were already righteous and convincing in their severely incapable state of mind!

• Anti-stalking Law in the Philippines - Penal Provision - Any person convicted of the crime of stalking shall be punished by prision correccional and/or a fine of not less than One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100,000.00) but not more than Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500.000.00), or both, at the discretion of the court.

• If the victim is a woman or minor the highest penalty shall be imposed
• Any person who commits any of the acts mentioned in Section 4 – fear of death, physical injury, unlawful restraint, sexual assault, or other similar analogous circumstances - shall be punished by Arresto Mayor in its maximum period to Prison Correccional in its minimum period or a fine ranging from P 1,000.00 to P 5,000.00 pesos
• Safe Spaces Act:
• (1) The first offense shall be punished by arresto menor (11 to 30 days) or a fine of Thirty thousand pesos (P30,000.00), provided that it includes attendance in a Gender Sensitivity Seminar, to be conducted by the PNP in coordination with the LGU and the PCW;
• (2) The second offense shall be punished by arresto mayor (1 month and 1 day to 6 months) or a fine of Fifty thousand pesos (P50,000.00);
• (3) The third offense shall be punished by arresto mayor in its maximum period or a fine of One hundred thousand pesos (P 100,000.00)

In the US, stalking crimes can result in 5 years imprisonment, and if there’s a dangerous weapon (like the guns fired by those decayed police criminal stalkers, their harassing script to get the bus into an accident, firing firecrackers, poisoning me like those Muslims in Hippodromo and that Gi from Nazareno Residence – I’ll mention others when I can remember them), that stalking with violent threats can result to 20 years imprisonment. If I am killed, they’ll obviously get a life imprisonment.

The Philippines’ very cheap fine and extremely low sentence for stalking is referring to a single stalker doing a single instance/case of stalking, but for these criminal stalkers who did not only stalk me for over 3 years but also actively harassing me – putting me in domestic and sexual abuse and violent harassment, installing camera and mic in my rooms – for over a year and a half, following me in all the places I rented and in all the places I went to, be it the coffee shop, Korean restaurant, McDo, grocery, public buses, pathways, and making allusions to me and harassing me all the time that I couldn’t even write a single sentence without them mocking me, and they’re a huge criminal stalker network where they corrupted whatever fund is given them and used it as a monthly salary of their fake job that harassed me all the time, whenever wherever whatever way possible, they’re guilty of a felony – organized crime, murder threat, human trafficking, bribery, graft & corruption (as they’re affiliated with local and national politicians and other authorities like the police, military and other legal officers), terrorism (as they got firearms and fired guns to violently harass me several times), national security (police & military abuse), international security (as I know they’re affiliated with Chinese mafias, Muslim militias, and more), and so many crimes that will put them in prison for at least 10 years! They’re also on a payroll, and I know things will fall in line soon, in God’s time, on God’s terms. In all of this, glory to God! And indeed, when they’re already severely punished in the open, utterly destroyed, completely burned, and utterly perish from the sight of God, the glory of God will be in full display!

For now, here’s a review of the anti-stalking laws in the Philippines and in the US. I think the US has a more aggressive anti-stalking laws since so many of its celebrities and politicians have already been murdered and assaulted by their stalkers before. Where they only have one stalker following them, I got 2-3 cities (Bogo, Cebu and Mandaue) worth of low-life cheap poor extremely low IQ criminal stalkers following me! It’s an organized crime that involves the highest and the lowest people here, both the ones I know and do not yet know. I can imagine how big all of this will be when it’s all revealed and they’re all severely punished in the open! Glory to God! How amazing God is!

• Satisfaction of the intent requirements is similarly relaxed. Prosecutors need only prove:
  • Intent to engage in a course of conduct involving repeated following or threatening an individual;
  • knowledge that this behavior reasonably causes fear of bodily injury or death;
  • knowledge (or expectation) that the specific victim would have a reasonable fear of bodily injury or death;
  • actual fear of death or bodily injury experienced by the victim; and
  • fear of death or bodily injury felt by members of the victim's immediate family.
• Arrests often escalate violence or lead to retaliation, with or without victim notification of release. In the unlikely event of a trial and conviction, a prison sentence does little to address the mental health treatment needs of most stalkers. Mental illness undermines principles of deterrence. In the end, the burden of fashioning a workable, realistic remedy to avoid future stalking often falls on the victim

They only referred me to the Barangay tanod (community guards) and when those low IQ low-life uneducated illiterate decayed jeepney drivers saw me with them, they harassed me the following day, making a violent scene in the gate of Nazareno and I took a video of them since I didn’t get their video and show who they were to those tanods (and that’s when I started taking photos and videos of those stalkers who were loudly mocking and alluding to me, a proof that they’re the criminal stalkers from this same organized crime!). I called the police but they never came and then I called the tanods, but I later found out they were paid quite easily as they shifted the blame on me when I was courageously calling out those jeepney drivers criminal stalkers and that tanod said I could get assaulted next time, implying how violent and abusive common (illiterate, uneducated, low-life) Filipinos are. What’s the point of that tanod being there if I could still be assaulted? In the same week, when I was set to leave that decayed Nazareno’s residence on that day, as if a stalker harassing script, knowing they only had that day as their last chance to harass me and retaliate on me, they easily called the police! They feigned saying they came because someone called them but they never came when I did, and I even overhear them saying they should ask for my real name so they could file a case on me! That decayed-brain-decayed-morals-decayed-genitals Nazareno kept harassing me every day, making loud very insulting allusions toward me in her usual gossip conversation with her janitor, saying I was a mistress – most likely because she didn’t know from whose funds she got to exploit, she gossiped about my having ESL classes, food, and that escalated on the morning I and that decayed Gi from a cursed extremely poor Samar rebel province had a fight about her 3-months long cough (she’s been coughing since December when I came there, and perhaps that’s earlier than that) because that decayed old immature low IQ illiterate Nazareno had been hospitalized due to pneumonia during the pandemic and after it.
